Products & Gear FAQ
A: Our REM Hammock is designed for users up to 6 feet tall (and even a bit over, depending on sleep style). For those over 6'2" or anyone who prefers extra room, the Somnia Luxe is the better fit. Both hammocks support up to 400 lbs.

A: All of our hammock bundles come with suspension straps, cinch buckles, and a ridgeline. If you're getting a full shelter bundle, it also includes a tarp with tie-outs and a 3-season underquilt.
A: Yes! Our tarps, straps, and accessories are designed to be modular. You can use them with most hammocks or integrate them into your current setup.
A: Absolutely. It’s made from silicone-coated 30D Silpoly ripstop with a 3mm diamond weave, making it fully waterproof and UV-resistant.
A: Not at all. Our Huggers have a 1.5” wide section that distributes pressure and protects tree bark—perfect for Leave No Trace camping.
A: Our hammocks are rated to 400 lbs. The Huggers Tree Straps are rated to over 2,000 lbs combined.
A: The REM Hammock system (including net and straps) packs down to about 10" x 5" and weighs just 27 oz. The Hideaway Tarp packs down to the size of a Nalgene bottle, making the full kit easy to carry.
Setup & Use
A: It’s simple! Just wrap the included tree straps around a tree, clip in the cinch buckles, and adjust tension to your liking. The structural ridgeline helps you get a consistent hang every time. You can view our setup guide here for detailed instructions and videos.
A: Yes. The Hideaway Tarp includes all required tie-outs, stakes, and a stuff sack. It’s ready to pitch straight out of the bag.
A: Absolutely! The EmberNest is compatible with most 10–11 ft hammocks and comes with an adjustable suspension system for a snug fit.
A: Not at all. Our complete bundles come with everything you need to set up: hammock, straps, bug net, tarp, and underquilt. The only thing you’ll need to add is a sleeping bag or blanket for extra warmth, and you’re ready to hang the moment it arrives.
A: Store your gear in a dry place, loosely packed if possible, especially the underquilt. Avoid long-term compression to preserve insulation loft.
Returns & Warranty
A: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your gear, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in resellable condition.
A: Yes! All of our products come with a 30-day craftsmanship warranty. If something breaks due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost.
