At Hanging High Hammocks, we’re committed to fast, reliable shipping and customer satisfaction every step of the way. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship, when to expect your order, and what to do if something goes wrong.
🚚 Shipping Policy
Fast Processing Times:
Most orders ship within 1 business day and typically arrive in 3–5 business days within the U.S. During peak seasons or high-volume times, processing may take up to 3 business days. You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships.
Carriers Used:
We ship via USPS, UPS, or other trusted carriers depending on the size and location of your order.
Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates:

Standard (3–7 business days) – Most orders arrive in 3–5 days

Expedited (1–3 business days) – Available at checkout for an added cost
Shipping Rates:
Calculated at checkout based on weight, shipping method, and destination.
International Shipping:
We ship to select countries. Transit times typically range 7–21 business days, but customs may cause delays. All import duties, VAT, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
📦 Shipping Issues & Returns
Damaged Orders:
If your package arrives damaged, email us at contact@hanginghighhammocks.com within 7 days, with photos of the damage. We’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement or refund.
Lost Packages:
If your order hasn’t arrived and tracking shows no updates, contact the carrier first. If they can't help, reach out to us within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address:
If an incorrect address causes your package to be returned, we’ll notify you. You’ll be responsible for reshipping costs once an updated address is confirmed.
Unclaimed Shipments:
Unclaimed or undeliverable shipments will be returned to us and may incur a reshipping fee. In these cases, we may donate unclaimed gear to charity if a reshipment isn’t requested.
🔁 Refund & Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your gear, we’ll work to make it right.
Easy 30-Day Returns:
If you’re not satisfied within 30 days of delivery, you can return eligible items for a refund or exchange — no questions asked. Just contact our team for assistance.
Exceptions:

Health & hygiene items (e.g., face coverings) cannot be returned if opened.

Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return (as per EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Articles 16(c) & (e)).
🔧 Order Changes & Cancellations

Modifications: Contact us within 12 hours to request changes. We can’t guarantee edits after this point.

Cancellations: Can be made within 12 hours of ordering. After that, your order may already be packed or shipped.
