At Hanging High Hammocks, we want you to love your gear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, let us know within 30 days of receiving your order — we’ll make it right, no questions asked.
Returns & Issue Resolution
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please reach out within 30 days. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
If a package is lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date. If the issue is on our end, we’ll cover all associated costs.

Specific Scenarios
Incorrect Address
If your package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, you’ll be responsible for the cost to reship it once we confirm your updated information.
Unclaimed Shipments
If your order is returned to us unclaimed, we’ll offer reshipping at your expense. Otherwise, the items will be donated to charity, and no refund will be issued.
Health & Hygiene Exclusions
Due to health and hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns on sealed goods (e.g., face masks) that have been opened. These items will not be reshipped or refunded and will be safely discarded.
EU Consumer Notification
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
