Key Features:
-
Durable & Ultralight Material: Made from 1.5 oz MONOLITE™ Ripstop Nylon Mesh, the GearGuard sling combines ultralight weight with incredible durability. This mesh fabric is crafted with a 30D yarn and a double ripstop grid, providing increased tear and abrasion resistance. Unlike traditional mesh, MONOLITE™ is stronger, more durable, and offers excellent breathability.
-
Spacious Yet Compact Design: Measuring 37 x 56 inches in an ungathered state, this gear sling can accommodate larger packs, holding up to a 60-liter backpack comfortably. Its compact size and lightweight design (weighing just 3.1 oz) make it easy to pack without adding bulk to your setup.
-
Convenient Attachment Options: Equipped with grey 2.2 mm Lash-it whoopie slings, the GearGuard can be effortlessly attached to your hammock suspension or set up with its own independent suspension. The adjustable whoopie slings ensure a secure hold, so you can trust your gear will stay in place.
-
Built-In Storage Pouch: The GearGuard includes a sewn-on storage bag that functions like a sandwich baggie, opening and closing with ease. When not in use, the gear sling can be folded into this pocket, making storage and packing a breeze.
-
Keep Gear Off the Ground: Perfect for hanging your pack, shoes, and other essentials, the GearGuard Hammock Gear Sling keeps your items organized and away from dirt and damp ground conditions. Whether you’re in the backcountry or a local campsite, this gear sling ensures you have easy access to what you need.

TEMPERATURE
High and low temperatures can influence rope performance in a variety
of ways. Ambient temperature conditions should be well understood
and within the limits outlined in Table 2. Generally speaking, extremely
cold temperatures commonly will not have a negative impact on rope
performance. However, moisture and subsequent freezing will impact a
rope’s handling and flexibility, but with no known negative long-term impact
on rope life. High temperatures can reduce a rope’s strength and fatigue
resistance. If temperatures exceed the limits shown in Table 2, special care
should be taken to ensure the product is fit-for-purpose.
